If the option to set up fingerprint login is not available, check whether the current account is a super administrator account. Delete the PIN, create a PIN again, and set up the fingerprint login again. The fingerprint unlock feature will be available again next time you try to unlock your computer. Use the password or PIN to access the system. If you are unable to unlock the computer after three unsuccessful attempts, the fingerprint unlock feature will be disabled. Cover all of the sensor with your fingerprint, gently press the sensor, and avoid moving your finger away from the sensor. Follow the onscreen instructions to enroll your fingerprint. Keep your fingers clean to ensure that the fingerprint sensor can recognize your fingerprint. Ensure that you have set a password and PIN for your account. Check whether you are using the Huawei system.
